After hearing about us online, this client contacted us to make the wall in their garden safer for their granddaughter while also creating an accented design feature following the contour of their high brick wall.
Digital Daises undertook the layout plan and designed a two-level planter that would add a sleek element to their garden that curved alongside their pre-existing wall, and planter walls reduce the drop and plants creates visual barrier. This gives our client peace of mind for the safety of their granddaughter when she visits so that they can all enjoy their well-loved garden.
Our team’s planting scheme consisted of flowers for pops of colour such as agapanthuses and creating dimension by adding all year round greenery like evergreen “daphnes” and dwarf rhododendrons, resulting in a diverse space and eye-catching accent wall.
With our sister company MDK Facilities Services bringing the idea to life, it enabled a smooth build of the planter and after adding some soil, the clients planted some pre-existing plants they already had, as well as our proposed plants that were picked out from the local Ashwood’s Nurseries, to make sure the layout of flowers and plants looked its best.
It was a pleasure working with our clients to transform their garden into something not only practical to benefit their granddaughter’s safety but also to make a bright space for them to admire and enjoy.
